At Sanctuaries Awakening LLC, I serve as a health advocate focused on promoting optimal health and holistic wellness. My path was shaped by personal health challenges, leading me to study Psychology and Biology, which deepened my understanding of the mind-body connection.

I am dedicated to empowering clients with tools for better health and well-being through services like lymphatic drainage, therapeutic massage, and self-care tools. A significant element of my journey involved inner work through EMDR, psychotherapy, regression therapy, and meditation, revealing that true healing is an internal process.

This journey inspired my certification as a Reconnective Healing practitioner and Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH) facilitator, where I utilize regression therapy and guided imagery to help individuals explore their subconscious and promote healing on multiple levels. This service goes by name of Sanctuary Sessions. I look forward to being part of your healing journey.
