At Sanctuaries Awakening LLC, I serve as a dedicated health advocate, committed to helping individuals achieve optimal health and holistic wellness. My path to this work began with my own health challenges—experiences that deeply shaped my understanding of healing and inspired me to pursue a major in Psychology with a minor in Biology. This academic foundation gave me insight into the powerful connection between our minds, emotions, and bodies.
 

I am passionate about empowering clients with the tools and resources they need to take charge of their health and unlock deeper levels of well-being. My services include lymphatic drainage, therapeutic massage, nutrition guidance, and support in strengthening the mind-body connection.

A vital part of my personal healing journey involved deep inner work. Through modalities such as EMDR, psychotherapy, shamanic journeying, regression therapy, hypnosis, and meditation, I came to understand that true healing is an inside job—one that extends far beyond the physical.

This inner transformation led me to become a certified Reconnective Healing practitioner and later, a Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH) facilitator. BQH is a holistic modality that blends spiritual, metaphysical, and hypnosis techniques to support healing and self-discovery. Using regression therapy, guided imagery, and intuitive insight, I help individuals explore their subconscious, access higher states of consciousness, and promote healing on emotional, physical, and spiritual levels.
